In the context of his efforts to enhance the social protection system, the Child Protection Center, affiliated with the Social Services Department in Sharjah, held a joint meeting with a delegation from the General Command of Sharjah Police, to discuss the received reports related to cases of children and families, and to review the most prominent challenges in the mechanisms of dealing with them. The meeting dealt with ways to develop coordination mechanisms between the two sides to ensure the speed of response to communications and protect the rights of children, in addition to enhancing preventive measures that contribute to reducing risk.
