The Benha Criminal Court in Qaliubiya, the sixth district, postponed the trial of 3 accused of killing a person deliberately with premeditation, and setting fire to his body and his car, in the Toukh Police Station Department in Qaliubiya Governorate, to the session of the second day of next October, in order to attend the chief forensic doctors based on the defense request, and prepare for pleading.

Investigations revealed that the defendants lured the victim with the help of his friend (the second accused) to an agreed place, and as soon as he attended, the first defendant was beaten by using a “brick and stick template”, with the participation of others, until he died. Then they put him inside his car and poured a burning material (gasoline) on his body, and set fire to the body and the car in an attempt to obscure the features of their crime.
