Representative Mr. Shams Al -Din, a member of the House of Representatives, asked the counselor, Dr. Hanafi Jabali, Speaker of the House of Representatives, to direct him to Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister and Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, regarding the visit of the Egyptian ministerial delegation to Italy to see the Italian experience in cooperatives and the models of productive villages.
A parliamentary question to transfer the Italian experience in cooperatives and villages produced to Egypt
Shams al -Din said: Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation and Counselor Mahmoud Fawzi, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs and Political Communication, made an official visit to the Republic of Italy, where they inspected one of the agricultural cooperative societies in the city of Trikasa, southern Italy, and reviewed successful models of agricultural cooperatives and productive villages, which relied on unifying the efforts of small farmers, and joint benefit from Specialized equipment and laboratories, in order to achieve added value for agricultural products and ensure the arrival of safe and healthy products to the consumer.
He asked: What are the benefits that came out with the visit? Is there a plan to transfer these successful experiences to the Egyptian countryside, especially with regard to creating model productive cooperatives that support small farmers?
The deputy also asked, saying: Will specific executive programs be developed to provide laboratories for examination and analysis and support manufacturing, packaging and packaging operations according to the standards of food and health quality? How will these steps be followed in a way that guarantees the practical application of the Italian model in the Egyptian villages and achieve the targeted agricultural and economic development?, Will the governors be assigned to pay attention to the file of developing and modernizing agricultural cooperative societies in all governorates, cities, centers, neighborhoods and villages at the level of the Republic?
