The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology has announced the opening of the progress program for granting short -term visits from September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025, confirming that the deadline for submission: November 30, 2025.
The program aims to support research fields in Deep Technology, which is based on advanced scientific and engineering foundations capable of creating an actual and sustainable impact on society and the economy, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The targeted research fields
AI & Machine Learning (AI & Machine Learning)
• SIMICONDUTORS & Photonics
• • Biomatic technology backed by artificial intelligence
• Cyber security with artificial intelligence
• HPC computing (HPC) for scientific research
• المرة lightweight and high -end -to -futile materials and construction
• Ultra -connecting connectors to transfer energy and computing
• Independent systems for agriculture, logistics and defense
• Quantum computing
• Genome Editing
And other areas with a societal and applied effect.
Program objectives
• Enabling Egyptian faculty and researchers to develop their research capabilities.
• Implementing joint research projects with prestigious international laboratories and institutions.
• Supporting the publication of research in prestigious international magazines (Q1 & Q2).
• Participate in seminars and research discussions organized by the Academy.
Advantages of the grant
• Covering the travel costs (visa – a flight ticket – insurance).

• Participation in a high -level international research network.
Conditions for progress
• The applicant must be Egyptian and affiliated with an Egyptian university or research institute.
• Hold a doctorate at least.
• Adopting an invitation letter from the University/International Research Institute.
• The required models and documents (a research proposal, a valid passport, the approval of its entity).
