In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Authority for Sports, Chairman of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, the General Sports Authority prepared a distinctive reception at Bahrain International Airport to celebrate the arrival of the stars of the General Table Table Team, on the occasion of its historical crowning the title of the thirty -sixth edition of the Arab Club Championship that was held in the Omani capital.
The Bahrain Club mission was received by Sheikha Hayat Bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, President of the Bahraini Table Table Federation, Vice President of the Asian Table Table Federation, Mr. Mohamed Shawky Slis, Director of the Control and Auditing Department of the General Authority for Sports, Mr. Mohamed Salman, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Licensing, and Mr. Youssef Duaij, Director of the Facilities Department, alongside the President of the Bahrain Club, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al -Khashram, and a number of members of the Al -Ittihad and the club.
For her part, His Excellency Sheikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa raised the sincere congratulations and blessings to the shrine of His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa, the King of the Great Country, may God protect and preserve him, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, on the occasion of the wonderful and honorable historical achievement, stressing that this coronation is the result of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad And the efforts of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and His Highness was keen to follow and support representatives of the Kingdom in various forums and tournaments.
Her Excellency Sheikha Hayat Bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa also praised in a speech addressed to the players and the technical and administrative bodies of what they presented during the tournament, pointing out that the coronation without a loss confirms the right and the efficiency of administrative and technical work and the effort made by the club’s board of directors headed 2026, thanks to the unlimited support the sports sector in the Kingdom.
