In light of the harsh conditions in the Gaza Strip, and amid a suffocating humanitarian crisis that kills the small before the big one, the “Al -Faris 3” operation came as an Emirati humanitarian initiative, to represent a glimmer of hope in the eyes of mothers and the cry of life in the faces of the new births who opened their eyes to a reality of deprivation. The operation provided integrated health parcels and milk for newborn children with malnutrition at Al -Awda Hospital in central Gaza, in a move aimed at alleviating the effects of the siege and providing the minimum health care for infants.
