The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank launched the mobile branch initiative for housing financing in its fourth edition, at the City Center Bahrain Complex, which will continue from today, Wednesday, September 3, 2025 until Sunday, September 7, 2025, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening at the City Center Complex at the entrance to the portal No. (1).
The Ministry explained that the mobile branch initiative comes as an extension of the success achieved by the previous three copies, in light of the positive turnout and interaction from citizens, and to respond to their desire and proposals to continue to establish these initiatives that enhance awareness of housing services and benefit from them.
The Ministry indicated that the mobile branch initiative comes within the Ministry’s efforts to introduce housing financing as one of the immediate services for the citizen to obtain housing, noting that the branch will provide financing consultations to citizens and answer all inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing financing directly, and citizens will be introduced to the financing facilities through the banks participating in the program through the digital computers, in addition to reviewing social housing projects Which is implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens who benefit from financing programs.
The ministry indicated that the “Betty” real estate platform will be available to citizens through the mobile branch and all its electronic services, which will display about 13 thousand properties compatible with the “facilitation +” and “facilitation” programs of all kinds and the category new It achieves an integrated experience on one platform.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are keen to introduce citizens to housing financing services, where housing financing exhibitions were organized in a number of commercial complexes in various governorates in addition to a conference and innovation exhibition in the social housing sector, and the establishment of continuous identification lectures in ministries, bodies, companies and events in public places to introduce citizens to financing services.
It is worth noting that the initiatives of the mobile branch of housing financing are continuing, as the first initiative of the branch was held at the Country Mall complex in the northern governorate, followed by the Ramli Complex in the Northern Governorate, and then in the Avenues Complex in the Capital Governorate during the month of August.
