His Excellency Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received today at the Ministry’s headquarters, His Excellency Mr. Eric Jiro Telm, Ambassador of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Mr. Allyster Long, UK Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, and His Excellency Mr. Henning George Simon, the appointed ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Foreign Minister discussed with the ambassadors the friendship and bilateral cooperation that links the Kingdom of Bahrain and their friendly countries and ways to enhance, develop and advance them to wider levels in various fields in a way that serves common interests and goals.
During the meeting, views were also exchanged regarding the developments of the current situation in the region, its repercussions on regional security and stability, ways to intensify regional and international efforts aimed at ending conflicts and alleviating tension and escalation, and pushing the efforts of a fair and sustainable peace in the region for the benefit of all its peoples, in addition to discussing a number of issues and issues of common concern on the regional and international arenas.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Khaled Youssef Al -Jalahma, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs.
