His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al -Asiri, CEO of Bahrain Space Agency, participated in the specialized technical symposium, “The quantitative distribution of switches from space: How to secure future contacts”, which hosted leaders from the leading company “Specral” in the pioneering of satellite communications structure, in the context of strengthening the Kingdom’s efforts to adopt advanced technologies in the field of space cybersecurity.
On his participation in this technical event, His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al-Asiri said that “the main symposium axes that were held with the participation of the company’s founders Chun Yang Lom and Robert Bedington, discussed the technical pillars of global quantum communication networks, with a focus on the mission of Spooqy-1 which is the first satellite to distribute quantitative keys in orbit, and clarify the superiority of satellites on optical fibers in securing continental communications via Encryption depends on the phenomenon of quantitative tangle, and reviewing strategic partnerships with the technology giants and SES to expand the “quantitative internet” range.
His Excellency Dr. Al -Asiri added, “The symposium discussed a road map for the next five years based on linking the major global cities to a non -penetration network via a network from 10 to 15 satellites.”
His Excellency Dr. Al -Asiri concluded by certainly that “the quantum revolution will reshape the concept of cybersecurity during the next decade. Our participation in this event reflects the commitment of the Kingdom of Bahrain to adopt future technologies to protect its vital infrastructure, and prepare for the post -traditional patch.”
It is worth noting that the Singapore-based “SpoCFRA” company is considered the first international company to succeed in sending quantitative coding keys to its satellite Spooqy-1.
