Brigadier Samir Ragheb, the strategic and military expert, said that Israel has clearly announced its intention to launch a massive military operation inside Gaza City, explaining that the recent resistance operations that have been circulated, such as targeting Israeli forces in the neighborhoods of Zaytoun, Shuja’ia and Al -Mubarra, blowing up the Israeli narrative that attempted to suggest that there is no effective resistance on the ground.

Ragheb added that the most important message from these operations is that the so -called “Gideon 2 vehicles” will not be easy or short, but will witness losses in the ranks of the Israeli forces, which is recognized by wings within the government and the military establishment in Tel Aviv itself.
He pointed out that Israel is seeking to carry out the operation in stages that start in Gaza Governorate, and then move to the middle, up to pushing huge numbers of civilians towards Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, which may reach about two million Palestinians, according to field estimates.
Ragheb stressed that talking about a “safe or voluntary displacement” has no basis, pointing out that the difficult human reality in Gaza forces civilians to displacement under the pressure of bombing, hunger and aid lack, which makes forced displacement clear.
The military expert concluded his statements by emphasizing that Egypt considers any attempt to push the Palestinians towards its borders a red line that is not transcendent, stressing that this issue is “ended for Cairo” and will not allow it to be imposed under any circumstance.
