Microsoft has announced the launch of the Copilot 3D tool, which allows the conversion of two -dimensional images into an interactive 3D models with a record speed and without the need for any technical experience.
Convert images into 3D models easily
The new tool is available, via Copilot Labs Experimental platform, enabling users to download images in PNG or JPG formats of up to 10MB, to automatically convert them into 3D models that can be rotated and explored from all angles, and the service supports saving forms in GLB format with the ability to modify and customize them easily, as it is stored for 28 days on a page on a page My Creations before automatic deletion, with the option of manual deletion whenever the user wants.
The launch of the COPILOT 3D comes less than a day after the Smart Mode is launched in Microsoft’s smart assistant, supported by the latest GPT-5 technologies from Openai, which reflects the acceleration of the company’s pace in providing creative and practical solutions that exceed the limits of traditional text models, to serve areas such as design, education, and media production.

Interesting competition in the artificial intelligence market
This step places Microsoft in an advanced competitive position in front of technology giants such as Google and Openai, especially with the emergence of innovative tools such as GEMINI from Google and Storybook AI to generate interactive stories, which confirms that competition is no longer limited to developing linguistic models, but extends to present practical applications that affect user daily needs.
The future of innovation in 3D modeling
The launch of “Copilot 3D” is a strategic step for Microsoft towards reshaping the digital design scene, as it is expected to contribute to accelerating the production of 3D models and integrating them smoothly into the games sectors, engineering, and digital marketing, and with the continued development of artificial intelligence technologies, we may soon witness more tools that link human creativity and automated treatment capabilities, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, which opens, New prospects for both designers and developers.
