The Arab Center for Electronic Media in the Kingdom of Bahrain organized a remote workshop through the “Zoom” platform, entitled “Artificial Intelligence and its impact on small and medium enterprises”, presented by the founder of “your gate media” Anas Muhammad.
Anas explained that artificial intelligence is an opportunity to accelerate the growth of small and medium enterprises by analyzing user data and predicting their behavior, in addition to using technologies to enhance several sections in the institution, including marketing, sales and customer service.
He stressed that this technique must be used as a supporting tool and not a substitute for the human element, especially in operations that require accuracy that artificial intelligence is still unable to.
He stressed that the most prominent challenges facing small and medium enterprises are the dangers of information misinformation and cyber breakings, calling for the adoption of strong credible tools and enhancing digital protection of systems, pointing to Bahrain’s keenness to enhance the moral governance of artificial intelligence, through its preparation for the Gulf guide, which reflects its leadership in moral governance and building national competencies, indicating the importance of investment in The local Gulf competencies and continuous development programs to understand the limits of this technology.
