Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dinah, Minister of Oil and Environment, participated in the activities of the Tatarstan Petroleum, Gas and Petrochemical Forum in the friendly Republic of Tatarstan, which was held under the chairmanship of His Excellency President Rustam Minikhanov, President of the Russian Republic Sector sustainability.
The Minister stressed during his participation in the plenary session entitled: “Technological leadership and sustainable development for the oil and gas sector: innovative curricula and solutions for the future of the industry” that the Kingdom of Bahrain pays great attention to enhancing sustainability in the energy sector, through the implementation of a number of national initiatives and strategic projects that aim to improve the efficiency of use and reduce emissions, in order to achieve sustainability and keep pace with global changes.
He stressed the importance of enhancing regional and international cooperation to build active partnerships and exchange experiences between countries, companies and research institutions that represent a basic pillar in developing innovative solutions capable of facing the environmental and economic challenges facing the sector, noting that innovation represents an essential pillar in promoting competitiveness and achieving a more sustainable future for the energy sector.
The Tatarstan Petroleum and Gas Forum is one of the most prominent international activities in the field of oil, gas and sustainable energy, as it deals with a set of major topics that include global transformations in energy markets, the importance of innovation and technology in promoting efficiency.
