A new report issued by the “Dubai Future Foundation” and the “World Government Summit” in cooperation with “Boston Conseling Group” revealed the growing interest of the governments of the Gulf Cooperation Council states in making the system of research, development and innovation a pivotal element in its national strategies, stressing the need for radical transformations in policies and work mechanisms to keep pace with the rapid changes in this system.
