The Ministry of Awqaf concludes today, Thursday, August 28, 2025 AD, the initial qualifiers for the state of recitation competition for the fifth group, which included the governorates of: (Qena – Luxor – Aswan – the Red Sea), at the Sidi Abdel Rahim Al -Qina Mosque in Qena, after two days of competition between the participants in reciting the Book of God Almighty.
The conclusion of the activities of the recitation state competition in Qena .. and the start of the qualifiers in Assiut and Menoufia next week
The activities of the fourth group in Assiut Governorate at the headquarters of the Al -Baqli Mosque, which will continue until Monday, September 1, 2025 AD, will be launched on Saturday, August 30, 2025 AD.
The activities of the Seventh Group in Menoufia Governorate will also start at the same time, at the headquarters of the Islamic Cultural Center, next to the Al -Ansar Mosque, Qebli Shebin El -Koum, and will continue until Tuesday 2 September 2025 AD, and the directorates of: (Menoufia – Gharbia – Kafr El -Sheikh).
It is worth noting that the competition is attended by more than 14 thousand contestants from various governorates of the Republic; To choose the best voices in reciting the Holy Quran, amid extensive media coverage, in cooperation between the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments and the United Media Services Company, in the context of supporting national efforts to discover Quranic talents and manufacture a new generation of distinguished readers.
