The Office of Special Education Affairs in the Emirate of Ajman issued an administrative circular that regulates the registration of students from people of determination in private schools, in the context of supporting the state’s directions towards the implementation of the policy of inclusive education in the UAE, aimed at ensuring equal education and high quality for all students without exception. The circular affirmed a set of controls and procedures, the most prominent of which is obliging schools to accept students from the owners of determination whenever the actual ability is available to absorb them, while giving them and their priorities to registration, appointing a head of the integration department within the leadership team in the school, providing integration teachers and assistants according to the need, and completing the training hours approved for them.
