Dr. Khaled Khalaf Qubaisi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Fayoum, said that the Directorate organized a training program today, Tuesday, with the aim of developing knowledge and skills among new teachers in accordance with the teacher quality standards, and qualify them to work in schools.
The axes of the training program for rehabilitation of new teachers
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Fayoum Governorate added that the training program includes a number of basic axes, based on the development of the teacher according to modern quality standards, and it is divided into a number of major indicators, planning, teaching strategies, evaluation using various tools, professional ethics, and teacher administrations.
He pointed out that the Directorate continues in training programs at all levels, to raise the efficiency and development of the teacher’s skills, because it is the cornerstone of the entire educational system, and that the presence of the teacher without development or development leads the collapse of the entire system.
