The Ministry of Interior affirms its keenness to enhance the readiness of its various security and service departments in dealing with communications around the clock, through the operations room, the Coast Guard leadership, the General Administration of Civil Defense, and the National Ambulance, in a way that contributes to the speed of response to accidents and emergency cases and ensuring the safety of citizens and residents.

These efforts come within the framework of the pivotal role that the Ministry plays in receiving and directing communications of all kinds, reflecting the efficiency of the concerned agencies in immediate response and providing security and humanitarian services.

The Ministry of Interior stated through the Security Magazine issued by the Security Information Center that January 2025 witnessed the operations room directly for 2610 reports, while the Coast Guard Command dealt with 65 reports that included 27 research and rescue reports, ships, 16 sea accidents and 22 cases of assistance.

It indicated that the civil defense dealt with 1317 reports, including 640 assisting reports, 189 fire reports, 143 traffic accidents and 13 cases of fall, while the National Ambulance began 4,915 reports, issued by 3236 cases of health problems. The ministry confirmed that the month of February recorded 2253 reports in the operating room, and the Coast Guard Command dealt with 39 reports, including 22 search and rescue reports, while the civil defense responded to 1262 reports, including 583 assistant reports and 164 fire reports, and the National Ambulance began 4719 reports, including 2979 cases of health problems and 867 cases of transportation from private hospitals and health centers to sections Emergency.

As for the month of March, it witnessed the registration of 1818 reports in the operating room, while the Coast Guard Command dealt with 61 reports, of which 36 are searching and rescue reports.

The Civil Defense also started 1192 reports, including 612 assistance reports, 179 fire reports, while the National Ambulance received 4992 reports, including 3453, health problems, 696 medical transport cases and 432 traffic accidents.

The Ministry of Interior stated that April witnessed a noticeable increase in the volume of reports, as the operating room began 2701 reports, while the Coast Guard Command dealt with 81 reports, including 34 cases of research and rescue and 41 cases of assistance. 3841 and health problem.

Statistics stated that the month of May recorded 2904 reports in the operating room, while the Coast Guard leadership began 137 reports, including 70 cases of search and rescue.

The Civil Defense also dealt with 1448 reports, including 727 assistance reports and 268 fire reports, while the National Ambulance received 5118 reports, including 3705, health and 434 traffic accidents.

As for June 2025, 3251 reports were recorded in the operating room, and the Coast Guard Command dealt with 179 reports, including 117 search and rescue cases. The General Administration of Civil Defense also began 1176 reports, including 592 assistant reports, 218 fire reports, while the National Ambulance responded to 4,696 reports, including 3352 cases, health problems, 411 traffic accidents and 62 fire reports.
