The Official Gazette published the decision of the Counselor Adnan Fagri, Minister of Justice No. 4805 of 2025 to authorize some members of the Supreme Council of the Syndicate of Engineers, heads of sub -union and some members of the union’s office office, the status of the judicial seizure officers.
Some members of the Syndicate of Engineers have granted the status of judicial seizure officers
This came after reviewing Article (۲۳) of the Criminal Procedure Law, Law No. 66 of 1974 regarding the Engineers Syndicate, and the Minister of Justice Resolution No. ۲۳۰۲ for the year 2017/5/202, and on the book of Mr. Eng. Captain of Engineers No. (۱/۷۲) dated 4/4/5:
The text of the first article of the decision stated: The members of the Supreme Council of the Syndicate of Engineers, heads of sub -union and members of the union’s council’s office, whose names are after their job qualities, are entitled to each of its jurisdiction – the status of the judicial seizure officers, in implementation of the text of Article (۲۳) of the Criminal Procedure Law, in relation to crimes that violate the provisions of Law No. 66 of 1974 regarding the Engineers Syndicate, and they are:
