1- The role of sweat in cooling the body: The human body cools itself by evaporation of sweat from the skin, when low humidity (such as dry deserts), sweat evaporates quickly, the body cools efficiently even if the heat is high, but at high humidity, the air is almost saturated with water vapor, so the sweat evaporates slowly or does not evaporate, so the sweat accumulates and feels more heat.

2- Thermal sensation, apparent heat, or thermal indicator: Moisture makes the body feel more heat than the actual scale, for example if the heat is 38 ° C, and the relative humidity is 70%, then the thermal feeling can reach 55 ° C and more.

3- The effect of the night: In the dry areas, the heat falls a lot at night because drought allows fast cooling, and in Bahrain, moisture holds the heat at night, so the atmosphere remains warm and moist even after sunset, and unfortunately this happens severely these days, and it increases after Suhail rises on August 24, and moisture is not less in the middle of early October.

4- Body stress: The high temperature and humidity together put an additional burden on the heart and the respiratory system, so the person feels tired faster. Unfortunately, in Bahrain, thick water vapor in the atmosphere is an obstacle to cooling the natural body, which makes the feeling of heat severe and suffocating compared to dry areas, even if the temperatures are close.
