The Ministry of Culture will complete the rounds of the Coral and O orcra National project, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano, Minister of Culture.
The General Authority for Culture Palaces, headed by Major General Khaled Al -Laban, announced the date of the start of the project tests held in cooperation with the great Maestro Salim Sahab, for the people of the provinces of the East Delta region, the channel and the Cultural Sinai, in light of the ministry’s programs to discover and refine technical talents in the various governorates of the Republic.

The tests are conducted for applicants from the East Delta region, which includes the governorates of Dakahlia, Damietta, Kafr El -Sheikh, Sharqia, on Friday and Saturday, August 29 and 30, at the Zagazig Culture Palace, for all applicants from the provinces of the region.
The Ismailia Culture Palace receives the tests of applicants from the Canal and Sinai Cultural Province, which includes the governorates of Suez, Ismailia, Port Said, North Sinai, and South Sinai, on Wednesday and Thursday, 3 and 4 September, in order to choose the promising voices of children and young people, in preparation for their inclusion in the Orchestra and National Coral.
In order to join the project, it is required to provide an actual talent in singing or playing, and that the applicant’s age should not be less than 10 years for singers and 7 years for players, while bringing their musical instrument.
The project comes within the plans of the Ministry of Culture to support serious arts and enhance the artistic movement in the governorates, and aims to discover and develop talents in the fields of singing and musical playing, through accurate listening mechanisms and regular academic training, which contributes to preparing a new generation of artists who have skill and artistic awareness while preserving the Egyptian cultural identity.

The authority had announced the details of the project at a press conference at the Samer Theater in Agouza, where its first rounds were launched in the Greater Cairo region, and the exercises are being conducted at the Giza Culture Palace on Sunday and Wednesday of each week.
The second round of the project in Alexandria Governorate also witnessed a great turnout from the gifted, where the tests were conducted at the Anfushi Culture Palace over two days, for the people of the governorates of the West and Central Delta Cultural Delta, Alexandria, Matrouh, Gharbia, Menoufia, and Beheira.
Today, Friday, a new round of tests will be held at the Anfushi Culture Palace, which represents an additional opportunity for the talented people of the region who were unable to advance during the previous round due to the great demand.
The tours are scheduled to continue in the rest of the six cultural regions to choose more votes and musicians, in preparation for the launch of the free training program and the formation of a professional carrier and the authority affiliated with the authority that includes talents from all governorates of the Republic.
