The Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts in Alexandria announced today, Friday, the raising of red flags on the beaches of the western and Al -Ajami sector, due to the high waves and instability of the sea.

She added that the waves of the beaches of the eastern sector are higher than their normal rate, but they raise green flags on the beaches with which the waves barrier.
The administration explained that the beaches in which the green flag are: Mahmoud Saeed Beach, Burivage Beach, Gold Island Beach, Al -Asafra Beach, Iskandar Beach, Wanli Beach, Mandara Mill Beach, and Arous Al -Bahr Beach, while the rest of the beaches of the eastern sector are witnessing yellow flags.
Alexandria Governorate is witnessing a rise in temperatures and humidity rates, as the temperature reaches 32 degrees.
The administration indicated that tourism remains until sunset and demanded the vacationers to preserve the beaches and not to throw the sand.
