The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research affirmed that students with Arab and foreign equivalent certificates to coordinate public universities must adhere to the rules of acceptance of students with high -level Arab -foreign equation certificates 2025.

The Ministry of Higher Education added: For students with secondary and foreign secondary certificates, a minimum level is determined by a certain percentage of the total end of the legal total for each certificate for students who want to express the desire to enroll in some colleges in government universities as follows:
- The minimum should be at least 95% to express the desire to join medical colleges.
- The minimum should be at least 90% to express the desire to join the colleges of dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, economics, political science and media.
- The minimum should be at least 85% to express the desire to join the colleges of engineering, computers and information.
- Acceptance is the total or legal total of the student’s grades and within the limits of the numbers prescribed for each certificate.
