The National Cyber Security Center is a pioneering model for organized institutional action, as it is the first line of defense against digital threats, and it works highly efficient to enhance the readiness and security of national institutions, develop technical capabilities, and spread cyber awareness at the societal and institutional levels. This is highlighted through awareness and training programs for students and the rehabilitation of national competencies in a manner that ensures the sustainability of digital space security, expanding its role from the technical side to a comprehensive strategic role, to remain a pioneer in raising the level of national digital immunity and spreading awareness, keeping pace with digital transformations and asking for a safe future in line with the Bahrain 2030 vision.
The center’s website is characterized by its comprehensiveness and interest in the most accurate details of digital awareness, with content for children to enhance their safety on the Internet, youth programs to develop safe digital skills, and content for people with special needs, deaf and dumb to ensure the access of information to them and benefit them, “This is an accurate detail that deserves praise and appreciation”, and other sections for specialists, practical tools and useful national links, so that it is a comprehensive reference And as an assignment of individuals and official bodies, along with the Instagram account, which embodies the center’s vision in consolidating a sustainable and conscious cyber security culture.
The center is preparing to host the Arab International Conference for Cyber Security and the Exhibition (AISS 2025), under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, and in partnership with Def Con, where the Kingdom will witness for the first time the activities of Def Con Villages that bring together local and international experts, and includes advanced competitions and technologies in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, industrial systems, in addition to interactive laboratories For students, researchers and startups, which enhances Bahrain’s position as a pioneering regional center.
