The Minister of Information d. Ramsan Al -Nuaimi, at the Ministry’s headquarters yesterday, Secretary -General of the Council of International Trade Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Professor Marika Paulson, and noted that the presence of the International Commercial Dispute Dispute Development mechanisms in the Kingdom of Bahrain reflects the growing international confidence in the Kingdom’s ability to be a reliable platform for the settlement of regional and international conflicts in this field, in a way that enhances the business climate, and serves the goals of the sustainable development process.
He praised the role played by the Council in consolidating the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain as a leading center for the settlement of international commercial disputes by peaceful means, such as reconciliation, arbitration and mediation, and the qualitative addition to enhance the legal and economic environment supporting development and investment, in a way that keeps pace with the Kingdom’s directions calling for the spread of justice and peace.
For its part, Professor Marika Paulson expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Information for the good reception, stressing her pride in the pioneering role of the Kingdom of Bahrain in enhancing the mechanisms of breaking up international commercial disputes, and the attention she pays to support efforts aimed at strengthening the foundations of justice, peace and stability at the regional and international levels.
