The Kingdom of Bahrain has made many gains from its hosting of the World Championship of Snooker, foremost of which is the enhancement of the position that Bahrain has reached with international federations.
The Secretary of the Bahraini Blys and Darties Games, Mohamed Youssef, said that obtaining four referees of the international emblem confirms the status of rulers from the union.
Youssef indicated that Hamid Al -Shula, Ahmed Shukri, Hussein Al -Aradi and Fezan Ahmed had assumed international badges from the head of the referees department of the International Federation, Joseph if after extensive tests at the headquarters of the Bahraini Federation on the sidelines of the World Championship.
Youssef expressed his pride in renewing the golden badge of the referee Mohsen Al -Ansari on the sidelines of the tournament, stressing that this comes within the interests of the Federation’s Board of Directors to develop the game in the presence of international elements to lead matches at the local and external levels.
For his part, the head of the Referees Committee in the World Championship International Referee Saeed Abdulaziz said that the performance of the referees in general, and Bahraini rulers in particular were strong and contributed to showing the championship as required in proportion to the requirements of the International Blys and Senoker Federation keen to apply the highest quality standards in all aspects.
Abdulaziz added: I noticed the volume of satisfaction with the performance of the rulers in general, and the 13th Bahraini rulers in particular from the Kingdom of Bahrain through the President of the Referees’ Department in the International Federation of Hong Kong Joseph Lu, who praised the manner of their management.
