The Labor Market Regulatory Authority implemented 5134 campaign and visits during the period from June 29 to August 2, 2025, and the campaigns resulted in the deportation of 557 workers and the seizure of 60 violating and irregular workers. According to the details published through the account of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority on Instagram, 64 joint campaigns were organized through which a number of violations related to the provisions of a number of regulators are monitored, especially the provisions of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority law and the residence law in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where legal measures were taken regarding the observations observed.
While the authority carried out 5070 inspection visits to various shops in all governorates, of which 23 are in the southern governorate, 21 campaigns in Muharraq Governorate, 18 campaigns in the Northern Governorate, and one campaign in the Capital Governorate.
The authority indicated that the inspection campaigns and visits were carried out with the participation of the Ministry of Interior represented in nationality, passport, residence and security directorates in the governorates, and the General Authority for Social Insurance. As one of the pillars of the project to reform the labor market in the Kingdom, the authority seeks to regulate the local labor market through a fair law and effective services characterized by transparency, durability and dynamism, taking into account the preservation of society and human rights.
The Authority is in an integrated pattern with its partners in the Bahrain team based on the government work plan and the strategic economic plan for the Kingdom of Bahrain 2030, in order to ensure the provision of distinguished services that contribute to providing all capabilities of local economic growth and facilitating the procedures for doing business in the Kingdom, by ensuring effective and humanitarian administration concerned with facilitating business for all groups of employers and citizens, people with determination and the elderly, in addition to continuous follow -up of expatriate affairs, as the body is established Organizing the labor market by educating expatriates to the Kingdom of Bahrain from foreign workers and their families, in order to ensure their rights and achieve a societal partnership based on fair foundations that guarantee the rights and duties of all parties, in cooperation with the embassies of countries exporting employment and civil society institutions for foreign communities.
