The American girl, Alyssa Praalis, has become an inspiring symbol for many around the world, after she finished her 11 -year -old university studies, which made her an icon in the love of science and learning.
Last May, Alyssa managed to obtain two university degrees in general sciences and mathematics from the “Karafton Hills” College, California, and she is preparing this year to study a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of California in Riverid, to be the first step in achieving her dream of establishing its own technology company.
Father the secret of success
Alyssa’s success was not from herself, but her father, Rafael Perles, was standing behind her to be the teacher and a supporter father at the same time, as he abandoned his work in the lawyer while she was in the first year of her life to devote his life and his effort in her education and upbringing, within his educational slogan: “The children first .. Alyssa before anything and even before me .. and I am at the bottom of the priorities.”
When the father decided to leave his profession, Alyssa began to master the alphabet and count to a hundred, while his 32 -year -old son decided to leave the house and work as a coach in the plumbing profession, which made it easier for him to teach his daughter.
In spite of the financial hardship that the family suffered after the father left his profession, his insistence and confidence made him pass his decision to the end, relying on the rental return from a commercial property he owns in Yermo.
Alyssa begins reading at two years of age
When Alyssa was the second year of her, she started reading alone and continued to receive education at home at the hands of her father, as she relied while teaching on various educational curricula via the Internet to suit her interests, and when she reached the age of eight, she became eligible for a high school diploma.
How was Alyssa to complete her studies in her childhood?
Alyssa was not random, but was going according to a tight plan from the father, where he put her a daily schedule to organize her time and gave her a feeling of safety during learning and playing, so her studies were 5 days a week from eight in the morning until four in the afternoon.
The father was helping her focus and control in time and not to be lost as her first teacher, but he was keen to preserve the mental health of the girl, and he was not exhausted and was allowed to go out to play with her friends with her small bike.
He also accompanied her to Disney in the city of Nahaim every Wednesday to give her a sense of safety and stimulate her to complete her lessons actively and vibrant.
Teaching a restaurant with interesting adventures
Raphael’s method of teaching his daughter was not only dependent on indoctrination, but rather accompanied her to realistic places such as Mount Rashmore or Grand Canyon to learn about geography and history topics, and he used to say: “We were not different from schools much in terms of the amount of study, but in my opinion we were more productive.”
What are Alyssa’s future plans?
As for Alyssa’s future plans, she resembles any modern graduate, as she looks forward to identifying new people, creating friendships, traveling around the world, working in the technology sector and establishing her own company.
And because Alyssa is still at the age of eleven, her father intends to accompany her most of the time, whether he is traveling or creating her own company, as she wants her father to be her founding partner.
