It was also attributed to the second appellant on his own, neglecting to oversee the implementation of the tender under investigation, which resulted in the impact of the operation and the threat of patients with patients in the event of water interruption from the hospital, as well as the damages resulting from the implementation. Accordingly, the Administrative Prosecution has established its call.
