The Bahraini Journalists Association elected its board of directors for the new session, where the editor -in -chief of the Al -Ayyam newspaper, colleague Issa Al -Shayji, won the position of the president of the association by acclamation, while the membership of the council won: colleague Faisal Al -Ali, Director of Digital Content at Al -Watan newspaper, Dr. Lulwah Bodalama, Rasha Al -Ibrahim, Yasmine Al -Aqidat, Rashid Al -Hamr, Saeed Muhammad, Saud Al -Jowr and Muhammad Bahr.
The General Assembly of the Association held today at the Graduate Club, in the presence of a number of officials, journalists and media professionals, where the literary and financial reports were reviewed, and the most prominent proposals and developments related to media work were discussed, followed by the previous Board of Directors submitting his resignation, in preparation for the launch of the election process that resulted in the formation of the new council
