Asala commented on the statements of the artist Maya Diab about her, and her recent attack on her, noting that at the beginning she did not believe that Maya said about these statements.
Asala said during a press conference in Lebanon: In the first, I thought of Maya Diab Ai, or that someone would be on her because she is impossible to say that, but then I knew that it was a fact and was surprised because I am all the sweet days, and the best memories of her.

Earlier, Maya Diab talked about Asala during television statements, where she said about her: Asala is a person without forces, and I seek to say, God willing, I will not have time to do a press conference that is not technical and tell about it.

Asala also talked about the extent of her deep attachment to art, and she said: I adore art and music, and a proud of my field, artistic and my senses, and the last 5 years I decided to give my technician 90% of my time, and it is also possible for all my time, the art is worthy of my performance more than what I give.
Asala added: The people who annoyed me, hurts me, or injured me, I don’t imagine that they worked like this and they loved any other reason, but I did not offer other than art, love, and good relations, relationships have no temporary need, boycotting them, or we left them, always we meet with people in stations, especially my Lebanese Republic.
