The General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai announced, through its Youth Council, the launch of the first youth retreat that brings the administration leaders with a group of young employees. The retreat witnessed the presence of Lieutenant General Mohamed Ahmed Al -Marri, Director General of the Administration, and Major General Obaid Muhair bin Sorour, Deputy Director General, as well as the assistants of the Director General. The retreat aims to launch the youth strategy for the public administration. The retreat includes a group of interactive workshops, focusing on four main axes, the first of which is the development of future capabilities and skills, as well as happiness and quality of life, while the second axis is innovation and digital transformation, to enhance the role of youth in leading the transformation process
