The Official Gazette published the decision of the Minister of Interior, Major General Mahmoud Tawfiq, No. 1187 and 1188 of 2025, regarding the granting of 42 citizens of naturalization with foreign nationality while retaining the Egyptian.

This came, after reviewing the constitution; Law No. 26 of 1975 issued on Egyptian nationality; And on Ministerial Resolution No. 1004 of 2018 issued by the mandate of Major General Assistant Minister for the Minister’s Office Affairs in the exercise of the competencies established by the Minister of Interior under Law No. 26 of 1975 regarding Egyptian nationality.
And the first article of Resolution No. 1187 stipulated: for each of the twenty -one citizens, the first of which is Ahmed Abdel -Moez Abdel Hamid Qasim, the last of whom is Karim Tariq Fathi Fahmy Abdel -Gawad, whose names are listed in the attached statement, by naturalizing the foreign nationality shown in the name of each of them, while maintaining Egyptian nationality, and the second article stipulated that this decision be published in the Egyptian facts.
The first article of Resolution 1188 of 2025 also stipulated: for each of the twenty -one citizens, the first of which is Ismail Ibrahim Jabr, the last of whom is Mohamed Fouad Fathi Hassan, whose names are listed in the attached statement, by naturalizing foreign nationality shown in the name of each of them, while maintaining Egyptian nationality.
