On International Youth Day, the nature of our celebration of the creators of them, and to support our expensive orientation. But we also have to diagnose a specific reality, and that we describe it clearly, and I mean it, that which reveals, that there is someone who builds, and there are those who destroy. The difference is clear to those who want to appeal.

But when we look at some of these statements and their owners, and we compare the saying of the actual reality applied, we find the scandalous and shameful contradiction.

The truth is said, of course, as there are leaders and officials working with sincerity, they open the doors to young people, and they believe that their success is a success for the homeland, so they build capabilities and create opportunities. These are the human capital, which the state must be keen to stay in decision -making positions.

On the other hand, there are those who monopolize the decision, put obstacles, and kill enthusiasm without hesitation. They talk about empowering young people, but in reality they can only their blankets, while the creators, loyal and diligent are marginalized. These people do not see in positions as a way to serve the country, but rather a tool for power, even if it is at the expense of the ambition of a whole generation.

The funny thing is that some of these administrators are the first to appear in the media during the occasions to repeat the same slogans that the great leaders established and the smart trends about enabling and supporting young people. This type of administrators are racing to gain media points, while the reality of their departments says the exact opposite. This is the administrative hypocrisy that empties the visions of its contents, and distorts the image of real achievements.

Empowering young people is not a cosmetic option, but a national duty. And whoever does not believe in it, or hinders it, must be changed, because its survival in its position means wasting the chances of the country before the chances of young people. The great leaders put the vision clearly, and the responsibility for every device and sector to apply it honestly, not only with statements and statements.

The state believes in youth, invests them, and opens the doors to them. But in some offices, there are those who close these doors with the key, then stand on the platform to talk to us about “empowering young people”. Empowerment is not a collective picture or a word in a statement. Empowerment means that you leave young people working, to remove obstacles instead of planting them, to reward efficiency instead of their siege.

Our problem here is that some officials speak the language of leaders, but they act as a gateway that they only open to those who applaud them. And these, whatever their position, are the real obstacle to the vision of the homeland.

If we want a sustainable future, it is not enough to enable young people, but we must first displace everyone who kills their enthusiasm, disrupts their ambition, and thinks that the chair is more precious than the homeland.
