Bahrain Junior Handball Team imposed as a result of the 29-29 draw against its Tunisian counterpart, in a match held on Tuesday in the President Cup to determine the rankings of the World Cup, which Cairo hosted until August 17.
The first half ended with Tunisia’s progress with a goal difference (16-15), but the Bahrain national team returned strongly in the second half, as it realized the tie in the last minutes thanks to the strong performance and remarkable insistence from the players.
The Bahraini team defeated its American counterpart 39-33, in the first confrontation in the fourth group of the President’s Cup, to occupy the second place with a goal difference from the Tunisian team.
