The Ministry of Housing began handing over a new batch of the units of the Egypt housing project in the exhibition land region – the second area in New Cairo City and will continue until Tuesday 26/2025, according to the dates prescribed from the New Cairo City Authority.
Schedule for delivering apartments for the Egyptian housing project in New Cairo
According to the housing schedule, a new batch of the Egyptian housing project will be delivered to the exhibition area – the second region, series No. 6-7, the first stage and series No. 3 for all the following stages of the first stage, where the units of architecture will be delivered 56, on Thursday 14/8/2025, the architecture units 55, on Sunday 17/8/2025, and the architecture units 84, on Tuesday 19/8/2025, and the architecture units 85, on Thursday 21/8/2025.
According to the schedule, architecture units No. 86 will be delivered on Sunday 24/8/2025, architecture units 87, on Monday 25/8/2025, and the architecture units 88, on Tuesday 26/8/2025.
The Ministry of Housing, the customers who won residential units, indicated to the Construction and Housing Bank, Nasr City Branch 2, Abbas Al -Akkad Street, to finish the contracting procedures in the bank, then go to the city’s apparatus behind the southern ninety water station with the origin of the bank’s speech, and a copy of the checks signed on it, in order to register the data on the network, and receive a letter to the site to examine and receive the unit.
