The Egyptian Football Association has officially announced the arbitration team in charge of managing the match between the Vanguard of the Army and the Egyptian Port Said, which will bring the two teams together in the second round of the first stage of the Premier League.

The Federation affirmed the appointment of international referee Ahmed Al -Ghandour as a referee for the square, amid expectations that he will have a pivotal role in organizing the functioning of the match and preserving its integrity, and Al -Ghandour assisted in his mission by Sharif Abdullah as a first referee assistant, and Mahmoud Badran as a second referee assistant, while Walid Abdel Razek was appointed as a fourth referee to follow any emergency cases on the field.
In terms of video technology, the referee Mahmoud Al -Banna shall take the task of managing the VAR Chamber, with the help of Mahmoud Hussein, which reflects the federation’s keenness to ensure the highest levels of accuracy in making arbitration decisions during the match.
For his part, Al -Masry Al -Portsaidi team conducted its primary training on Tuesday evening, at the Stadium of the Marine Academy in Port Fouad, in preparation for facing the upcoming army pioneers, which will be held tomorrow, Thursday, at nine o’clock in the new Suez Stadium, and the training witnessed the participation of all the main players, and the technical staff focused on the tactical aspects, and the exploitation of strengths and weaknesses in the competitor.
