After the opening, the Shura Council and Representatives hold two procedural sessions, and the royal order is recited at the invitation of the two councils to convene, and the Shura Council session will witness the election of the first and second deputy of the Speaker of the Council, because their election is every beginning of the role of a convening, unlike the session of the House of Representatives in which the election of the President of the President is the beginning of a legislative chapter.
