Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, in the presence of Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Al -Sayed, Deputy Governor, witnessed the closing ceremony of the Summer Sports Club of Sitti Club with the participation of about 300 students.
On this occasion, Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa affirmed the continuation of the province in supporting qualitative programs and initiatives directed to young people and youth, through strategic partnerships with sports and cultural centers and clubs in order to achieve the goals of community partnership, in a way that contributes to refining their skills and developing their creative capabilities, pointing out that these efforts come within a comprehensive vision aimed at investing the times of this category in activities that combine entertainment and interest, and enhance The meanings of loyalty and national affiliation and the entrenchment of national values in them.
The governor praised the distinguished level in which the summer activity appeared for this year, noting that the diversity of his activities allowed the participants opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills, and to develop the spirit of innovation and creativity they have, expressing his appreciation for the efforts of the organizing committee, trainers and all those in charge of summer activity.
For his part, the Chairman of the Sitra Sports Club, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, for his support and participation in the closing ceremony of the club’s summer activity, which reflects the keenness of preserving the activation of the principle of community partnership and enhancing communication with all groups of society.
At the end of the ceremony, the governor received a memorial shield from the Chairman of the Sitra Club, in appreciation of the interest and support he attaches to the club and its programs, and pride in his active participation in the success of his summer activity, which embodies the spirit of cooperation and integration between the institutions of society and the official authorities to serve citizens.
