Sweden and Hungary officially qualified for the quarter -finals of the Junior Handball Championship, which is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, after winning the first round of the first group competitions in the main round.

The Swedish team managed to turn its delay in the first half against its Swiss counterpart to a worthy victory of a score of 39-33, as it ended the first half late with a score of 18-16, before imposing its control over the course of the second half and setting the meeting by six goals.
In another exciting match in the same group, Hungary achieved a dramatic victory over its Austrian counterpart 33-32, after the result indicated a tie in the last moments, but the star Matte Vasikas scored the deadly victory goal from a powerful shot outside the 9-meter region after the whistle at the end of the original time, giving his country the transit card to the quarter-finals.
