His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, approved a decent living grant for families in Sharjah. 3162 families consisting of two individuals or more, registered in the Social Services Department, benefit from an annual cost of 134 million dirhams, with the aim of raising their income to the point of decent living of 17,500 dirhams per month. This was stated by Maryam Bint Majid Al Shamsi to “the direct line”.
