Cairo 24 got pictures of the cafeteria fire, the archaeological area of the Kings in Luxor, after completely controlled it by the Civil Protection Forces.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has previously said that the Wadi al -Kings region in the western mainland in Luxor is completely safe and all the tombs and archaeological buildings in it in good condition of preservation, after a fire broke out in the region and controlled it fully by the civil protection forces.

Dr. Abdel Ghaffar Wajdi, Director General of Antiquities of Luxor, said in a statement issued by the Ministry of Tourism a short time ago that the fire was caused by a short circuit, confirming that no of the tombs or archaeological buildings in the region were exposed to any damage, and that there are no injuries or material or human losses.
