The Sohag Governorate Operations Room received a notification stating that a child from height in Bandar Tahta had been taken to Tahta General Hospital and was transferred to Sohag University Hospital.

It was found from the communication that the accident resulted in the injury of the child Sila AS, 5 years old, from Bandar Tahta, where she was transferred to Tahta General Hospital with the knowledge of her relatives.
The hospital’s medical teams provided the necessary first aid, before transferring the girl to Sohag University Hospital to complete the necessary examinations and treatment.
The concerned authorities in the governorate are following up the health status of the injured, taking the necessary measures regarding the incident.
A report of the incident is being prepared in preparation for the presentation to the competent investigation authorities.
