Dr. Mohamed Abdel -Hadi, Deputy Governor of Sohag, mourned with great sadness and sorrow, victims and injured of the tragic creams accident, which occurred this morning, Friday, on the eastern desert road, specifically after the generous gate of 3 kilometers, after a bus collided with two cars stopped on the side of the road, which resulted in the death of 9 people and the injury of 47 others, all of whom were from Sohag Governorate.

The deputy governor revealed that among the victims is 20 injured and 7 deaths transferred to Atfih Hospital in Giza Governorate, in addition to 27 injured and 2 bodies in Beni Suef Governorate, stressing that there is continuous coordination with the concerned authorities to follow up the condition of the injured and ensure the provision of urgent medical care.
The deputy governor expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims, calling on the Almighty to shroud the deceased with the mercy of his mercy, and inspire their relatives with patience and solace, and to grant those with a speedy recovery.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel -Hadi stressed that he is following the developments of the accident, moment by moment, in coordination with the executive leaders in the governorates of Beni Suef and Giza, to facilitate the procedures for transporting the bodies and burying them, and providing the necessary humanitarian and medical support to the injured and their families.
