Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, issued 8 decisions to remove encroachments and construction violations in areas under the mandate of the Development of West Port Said, and the first sector of the northwestern coast.

Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny stressed the continuation of the efforts of the Ministry of Housing devices to remove construction violations and encroachments in the new cities and urban communities, and implement continuous campaigns to prevent random phenomena and preserve the civilizational appearance, pointing out that there are instructions for the heads of cities devices to do so and this is their direct responsibility.
The decisions stipulated that the construction violations held in a villa in a tourist village in kilo (41,5) are removed by the Alexandria/Matrouh al -Sahili road within the borders of the first sector development agency of the northwestern coast, which is to build a wall of the white block covered with the Hashemite stone with a total length of about 50 meters on the western and tribal sides without a license.
The decisions also stipulated that construction violations in the city of West Port Said, which are represented in the implementation of a concrete wall of 1335 meters, and the implementation of a building with a surface of 1144 meters, and a concrete basin next to the building with a surface of 900 meters, and the establishment of a building consisting of a ground floor and building a ladder without issuing any licenses in addition to the absence of any legal basis (a ownership contract for the area referred to a building permit), as well as removal of an architectural amendment On the ground floor in one of the villas, the creation of managing unlicensed in other villas, and the creation of walls contrary to the design approved by licensing villas as well and the implementation of a swimming pool in two villas without a license.
The decisions included that the development agency of West Port Said and the first sector of the northwestern coast, with the assistance of the Construction Police and the competent police department to implement the removal.
