The rescue room received a report stating that a collision occurred at the 70 km after the creams gates, as it was found from the initial examination that the accident resulted from the collision of the Super Gate bus with two transport cars that were stopping on the side of the road due to a sudden malfunction.
The accident resulted in the death of 7 people immediately, in addition to the injury of 44 others with various injuries, and a number of ambulances that transported the injured were paid to the nearby hospitals to receive the necessary medical care, and the bodies were transferred to the morgue at the disposal of the investigation authorities.
The concerned authorities are conducting investigations to determine the causes of the accident, knowing the extent of the vehicle drivers’ commitment to traffic rules, and the impacts of the collision are being raised to restore traffic to normal.
