The Board of Tenders and Auctions has opened 5 public tenders, to provide them with 21 bids, including a tender to Babco Refining Company to provide supply, services and administrative services, and to connect alternate meals to the various company sites from the filtered cafeteria.
The company explained that the services will be supervised by a coordinator to be nominated by the contractor and approved by the company, while the daily operations will be managed by the company’s representative in each site, and obtained 6 bids, the least of which amounted to 5.8 million dinars.
Bapco Refining Company also launched a second tender that it wants to design, supply and provide testing and operating services to the ingredients of Cathodic Protection in the Sitra Port, and obtained 7 bids, at least 191 thousand dinars.
In turn, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture wants to obtain the surgical sterilization of loose dogs, as it clarified in the tender document that the main objectives of the tender are to reduce the number of stray dogs, reduce the spread of diseases, and improve public health and luxury for these animals, as they obtained a single bid of 41 thousand dinars.
For its part, the Electricity and Water Authority offered a tender to modify 11 kilometers protection devices at a stone station for the power transmission of 66 km, where it obtained 4 bids, the least of which amounted to 37 thousand dinars. For its part, the Department of Public Services and Central Stores at the Electricity and Water Authority intends to purchase electrical cables to manage electricity distribution for projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and obtained 3 bids, at least 35 thousand dinars.
