The Shubra Al -Khaimah Criminal Court, the seventh circle headed by Counselor Hani Fathi Abbas Mutawa, and the membership of Counselors Ahmed Shehata Hilal, Majed Hosni Fawzi, Muhammad Saad Eddin Mohamed, and Municipality of Maher Al -Shubri, were sentenced to life imprisonment for a worker, for accusing him of killing a person deliberately using a fiery weapon and stolen by coercion, in the Department of Al -Khusousa in Qaliubiya Governorate.

The details of the case go back to May 30, 2023, when the accused, Wael AHR, 37 years old, a worker, resident of Al -Harbi Al -Saqili Street in particular, the killing of the victim, Abu Al -Hamad S. H. Anatomical.
