The Ministry of Health and Population has announced the provision of 28 million and 901 thousand and 66 free medical services within 19 days, since the start of the third edition of the 100th Health Day campaign, which started on Tuesday 15 July 2025, in the context of working to improve health services provided to citizens throughout the Republic.

The campaign comes in implementation of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and his affirmation of the importance of strengthening national health initiatives, and its role in raising the efficiency of the health system and achieving comprehensive health coverage.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the campaign presented the day before yesterday, Saturday, a million and 987 thousand and 244 free medical services, noting that the campaign provides its services with the participation of 12 different sectors, as each sector had an integral role in implementing the campaign and achieving its health and development goals, and according to this cooperation, the campaign provided 730 thousand and 540 services through the basic care sector.
Abdel Ghaffar said that the 100 -day health campaign provided 421 thousand and 556 services through the therapeutic care sector, in addition to providing 116 thousand and 538 services within the presidential initiatives for public health, and the preventive medicine sector provided 81 thousand and 309 services.
Abdel Ghaffar pointed out that the campaign provided 47 thousand and 233 services through the units of the General Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutes, while the Initiative of Mental Health Support provided your health happiness 6 thousand and 603 services, and the campaign also provided 323 thousand and 524 services through the hospitals of the General Authority for Health Insurance.
Abdel Ghaffar added that the ambulance authority provided 5 thousand and 789 emergency services, while 106 thousand and 556 services were provided through the hospitals of the Specialized Medical Centers, and specialized medical councils issued 50 thousand and 704 treatment decisions at the expense of the state, in addition to conducting two thousand and 963 operations within the waiting lists, while the hospitals of the therapeutic institution provided 11 thousand and 878 services.
Abdel Ghaffar continued that the 100th health days campaign provided awareness and health education services to 82 thousand and 51 citizens, through community communication teams scattered in public areas, clubs, and commercial centers mall in various governorates, with the aim of raising health awareness and directing citizens to benefit from the services provided by the campaign, as well as organizing educational seminars and various awareness activities.
