Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of the lake, announced the preparation of 628 electoral headquarters at the governorate level, which includes 633 sub -committees, to receive about 4 million and 351 thousand and 751 voters and voters who are entitled to vote in the Senate elections that take place this morning, Monday, August 4 and tomorrow, Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Dr. Jacqueline Azar stressed the raising of the maximum level of readiness in all directorates and local units, and fully coordination with all security and executive services, to ensure the progress of the electoral process in an atmosphere of the system and safety, while providing comfort for citizens, especially the elderly and those with determination, by preparing appropriate and umbrella waiting places, and preparing the entrances and perpetrators of the committees in an appropriate manner.
The governor also directed the constant cleaning and lighting work, raising the efficiency of facilities inside and around the electoral headquarters, and intensifying field traffic to ensure the readiness of furniture, lighting, ventilation, and health facilities, as well as providing medical teams and ambulances near the committees in coordination with the Health Directorate.
Emphasizing the holding of the main operations room at the General Court of Preserving the clock and linking it to the sub -operations rooms with all centers and cities, to follow up the course of the elections, moment by moment and immediate dealing with any developments or emergencies.
Earlier, the governor of the lake inspected a number of electoral headquarters, in order to check on its readiness to receive voters during the two days of polling, and the governor’s tour included the inspection of a number of major and branch committees in the city of Damanhour.
The governor started the tour with the follow -up of the General Committee of the Damanhour Cultural Complex, as well as the committees of Damanhour Military Secondary School, Moaz Bin Jabal Secondary School for Girls, and Sadat Primary School, in addition to inspecting the progress of the Leadership Preparation Center Committee in the rotation of Jalal Quraytam.
